Description:creating a Raikiri and adding fire element allowing the user to cut and burn threw most anything this jutsu is extreamly powerful and dangerous if u have not properly trained in both lighting and fire base chakra this jutsu also take a lot of chakra its 5 times stronger then a regular Raikiri (can only be used 3 times )

description :creating the rasangan and foruming it into a shuriken then adding lightning element wen the opponent is hit he/she is electrocuted severely and is not able to move for 2 post but the (effect of this jutsu is in 2 post that the user is unable to use that arm and needs to heal the more u use this jutsu the more damage it has on ur arm can only be used twice in a battle)

black lighting spear :useing this mongekyou u can create black lightning in ur hand that forums into a spear this spear can cut threw most anything and wen thrown the movements of the spear can be controlled this spear can be one giant spear or thousands of little ones


bijuu chakra cancelled :useing the this mongekyou the user can put the bijuu chakra at bay
