Sharingan Levels

Tomoe 1(one comma):
Able to see through minor genjutsu
Able to see through minor speed.

Tomoe 2(2 comma):
Able to see through moderate level genjutsu
Able to see moderate levels of speed
Copy lower level jutsu
Minor speed boost

Tomoe 3(3 comma):
See through major genjutsu
See through major speed
See major handseals(ninjutsu)
Copy higher level jutsu
Moderate speed boost

Mangkeyou(Kaleidoscope eyes)
See through most/all genjutsu
See through major speed
See major handseals(ninjutsu)
Copy jutsu with ease
Moderate speed boost

Mangkeyou External Form (can only obtain from extracting another uchiha's eyes)
~same effects as mangkeyou, Gains more power to all mangkeyou attacks, takes less chakra~

lol the external form is a permanent mangekyou...u never go blind with these and they can only be ur siblings

Mangekyou-Shiroi (the pupil becomes white, uchiha secret):
Major speed boost
Mangekyou techniques boosted
Can see all lightning speeds
Gets the Technique "Ju" Which means turn. Everything in the users sight will meld together, rip apart, and meld together again. Just like in a Kaleidoscope.

I think these are possible ways to obtain the Sharingan lvls.

Tamoe 1: At least 100 posts and a near death experience fight.

Tamoe 2: At least 350 posts and can only be achieved in a fight with a Tamoe 3 using sensei in which the current tamoe 1 Sharingan will force itself to evolve to try and keep up with the sensei.

Tamoe 3: Only achievable at Jounin level (considering the copying of any jounin level jutsu when the person can lay their eyes on the hand signs formed) at the very least 900 posts and achieved through battling a kage level or high ranked Uchiha member.

Pre-Mangekyou Sharingan: Attained when the user has reached 1400 non spam posts and has a fully capable understanding of tamoe 3 sharingan (this means you must have tamoe 3) This level increases speed hugely and power by quite a bit.

Mangekyou Sharingan: Attained at 2000 non spam posts (As it's power is incredible) and achieved by killing your best friends, fake best friends will have a result of being kicked from the clan and your sharingan removed.

Permanent Mangekyou Sharingan: Only pure blood Uchiha's can obtain this, if you are not pure blood, don't attempt to (Brothership must be approved by 3 or more admins)
